Here is the cheatsheet I’m using when practicing for my MULTI ENGINE COMMERCIAL CHECKRIDE.  You will definitely want to modify it for yourself and your plane (airspeeds & minimum altitudes, etc).  Remember your CFI knows best so review with him/her what steps you need as a quick reference.  This cheatsheet doesn’t have everything in it but I’ve listed for myself the things I needed to remember.  I laid this out in 2 columns so when it is printed, you can fold it and it fits perfectly in a small binder.
